Levonadifloxacin API is a synthetic fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent and the (S)-enantiomer of nadifloxacin. It belongs to the quinolone class of antibacterial compounds and has been developed as a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with activity against clinically important Gram-positive bacteria, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
